Stonehill Builders of Salem, NH was formed when two outstanding area builders decided to combine their talents and experiences. Tom Gioseffi of Gio Properties and Tom Mosson of Tom Mosson Builders have more than twenty years experience in the construction building industry. In the past two decades they have built more than two hundred homes in subdivisions located in Northern MA and Southern NH. Their entrance into the Active Adult Community Market has been anxiously anticipated, and met with great success and excitement.
